Our company is a family business founded by Dendrinelli Violeta, and Yannopapas Yannis who they have studied agriculturists. They have several years ' experience in the field of food. They took advantage of this experience which combined with the culture and the tradition of their place and they created Efcharisto.
In many villages of Greece women collect eggs from the chicken coop , fresh goat or sheep's milk from their animals and make the pasta ( trachana and chylopites ) for all year. Similarly collect fresh fruits and preserve them by making jams or candied fruits.
